Luxury condominiums Coco Joya, Playas del Coco

The luxurious condominiums have one thing in common: luxury and comfort in a relaxed way of life.
Each condominium has an individual character in furnishing, but all condos will give you the comforts of home and that "home away from home" feeling. Each condo has two bedrooms (sleeps four) and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living room, ceiling fans and screening throughout the house. Of course maid service will be provided.
The large terrace facing the ocean provides a cool breeze and a wonderful view over the bay of Playas del Coco.
The condominium complex has a wonderful hilltop pool with bar area, where you can not only enjoy a welcome cool down after a day in paradise, but also experience our gorgeous sunsets and views over the ocean and the mountains.

The condos are available per week ( a minimum stay of 1 week/7 nights) and, depending on the season, range between U$ 1200 and U$ 2500. Our knowledgeable staff will gladly take care of car rental, excursions and trips (sailing, sportsfishing, scubadiving, surfing, etc.) to make your stay with us even more memorable.
